Reactivating
All users must reactivate their Thule Pro and Discount accounts in 2025. Accounts that were created in 2024 will expire on Dec 31, 2024 and are no longer valid.

Thule Pro and Discount code orders Terms & Conditions

1. Thule Pro is a membership program exclusively for industry professionals, influencers, athletes and VIPs.
2. Sales section purchases cannot be combined with any other offer.
3. PRO and discount codes are not applicable to Spare parts under $75.00
4. All Thule Pro orders are final. No returns allowed but exchanges are accepted in case of incorrectly ordered fit kit parts.
5. All Thule Discount Code orders are final. No returns allowed but exchanges are accepted in case of incorrectly ordered fit kit parts.
6. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with any other offer.
7. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
8. We will notify applicants of account status within 5-7 business days.
9. Accounts are valid for the duration of the calendar year. You will need to reactivate your account at the start of the new year.
10. Product reviews are encouraged for Thule Pro members.
11. Orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, especially during periods of high demand.
12. Oversized products have greater shipping costs. Be sure to check the Shipping information page for further delivery details
13. Thule Pro applicants are automatically added to the Thule email list. You may unsubscribe at any time.
14. By submitting an application you give Thule Group permission to process your personal data to provide you access to your order history and preferences. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
15. Thule may revoke program privileges for any violations or abuse of the program guidelines.
16. Discount valid on select SKUs. Thule reserves the right to exclude items from discounting due to limited availability.
17. Unless otherwise specified, shipping charges will be applied to all purchases made with a discount code as per below.
